Horrendous customer service!
One of the items I purchased was missing from my order, I called in to request help I was advised an investigation would be opened, a week went by no word I reached out and was told there was a form I received (i did not) that I needed to fill out and send back. I then asked how long would it take to have it processed, as it had already been a week and clearly someone dropped the ball on their end as no form was ever send. I was then told 3-5 business days at which point I was pissed, the holidays are fast approaching this will drag out till forever. I then requested to speak with a supervisor, at which point the rep refused, and then when I reminded them they were on a recorded line they pretended to try and connect me. I was over it. Called back to be connected with a supervisor at which point I was told just fill it out, and then call back and they will process it right then and there, when I did that I got an even ruder representative who had an attitude who advised me that no such thing is possible, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor she advised none were available as I was told before, so I then replied if you can see where the first rep denied my request I am sure you can see where the second rep told me I could have this processed expeditiously! She then said, no but I see where you said you would call in when you send the form in. Needless to say this level of service is unprofessional, abhorrent, and nauseating. On TOP of not receiving my goods but then I get the run around and mistreatment from customer service?! I am returning the item I did receive and I will NEVER shop here again.
